About The Course
It takes a lot to create a highly functional, values-aligned organization, but the foundations are actually pretty simple: strategy, values, roles, a decision making system, and the ability to develop new practices and policies to meet needs as they emerge.
This course walks through how to create this core org infrastructure and customize them to meet the needs of your organization. Our frameworks enable groups to avoid pitfalls of both domination-based hierarchies and overly idealistic shared leadership. Most importantly, they give you the support to not have to reinvent the wheel.
Who Is It For:
This course is ideal for organizations and leaders that want to go through an active process of re/building their structure. These could be groups in founding stages or in periods of reimagination or transition. Though primarily tailored to design and implement change in organizations, it is also suitable for individuals who want to build skills.
In addition to the core curriculum, supplementary curriculum is available to better navigate deeper subtleties.
