This course introduces our See, Be, Work, Grow Framework, providing a toolset to help groups refine their vision & strategy, build structures and practices, and foster the culture necessary for effective collaboration– all within the context of our current political landscape.
Organizations are made up of many component parts: structures, cultures, strategies, policies and more. To build an unshakeable organization, we need to understand how these parts work together and how to design them for maximum resilience and impact.
By the end of this course, you will gain a deep understanding of the structures, policies, and practices essential to a successful, unshakeable organization, along with practical tools you can use to build them!

- Diagnose and meet organizational needs using our See, Be, Work, Grow Framework.
- Move beyond DEI, disruption, and “wokeism” to identify and resolve root causes of organizational breakdowns.
- Develop an organization and strategy that advances the greater good using our Power, Belonging, and Justice framework.
- Build the ten essential components of a successful organization
- Integrate this framework into other tools and approaches you use to expand and deepen your personal approach.
- Create a Collaboration Manual for your organization.
Each module focuses on a core aspect of our framework:
- See – Make sense of the world, your group’s purpose in it, and your strategies and theories of change.
- Be – Navigate the complexity of being human individually, in relationships, & in groups to intentionally build culture.
- Work – Enable groups to take action through structures, policies, & practices.
- Grow – Sense & respond to the need for the organization to change.
